NATURASE™ MAX Ultra is a highly active pectolytic enzyme preparation produced by fermentation of a selected classical strain of Aspergillus niger. The product NATURASE™ MAX Ultra is manufactured to comply with current purity specifications of the Joint Expert Committee on Food Additives of FAO/WHO (JECFA) and conforms to the Food Chemical Codex’ (FCC) recommended specifications for food enzymes.
NATURASE™ MAX Ultra is a light brown liquid preparation in which the enzyme protein is stabilised with glycerol and the product is free from preservatives. NatuRASE™ MAX Ultra has a slight smell typical of fermented fermentation products and has been developed for grape juice and colour extraction
NATURASE™ MAX Ultra has a standardized activity of not less than 700 PLU/gram
NATURASE™ MAX Ultra is available in 25 kg PE drums and 1000 kg IBC’s
NATURASE™ MAX Ultra is best stored in the original and unopened packaging, under the recommended refrigerated conditions (4 – 10 °C), the product shelf life is 18 months. At 20 °C the declared activity is maintained for 3 months, for longer periods the loss of activity may be up to 1.5 % per month.
